Model Agent Assistant / Junior Agent

This is a Part Time Job

Responsibilities

Assist with daily agency operations and administrative tasks.
Communicate with models, clients, photographers, and industry professionals.
Help organize model portfolios, digitals, and comp cards.
Assist with castings, bookings, model submissions, and placements.
Manage emails, update databases, and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and other office activities.
Support the team with various projects related to talent development and agency management.
Requirements

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Professional attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Comfortable using email, computers, and basic office software.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the modeling, fashion, or entertainment industry is highly preferred.
Ideal Candidate

We are especially interested in candidates who already have a connection to the modeling or fashion industry. This could include current or former models, photographers, aspiring talent agents, stylists, or individuals who have worked with modeling agencies, fashion brands, or other creative professionals.

A strong understanding of the industry, its people, and how it operates is a major plus. We're looking for someone who is passionate about the industry, eager to learn, and excited to grow with our team.

Training & Development

The position includes a four-week training period to learn our agency's procedures, systems, and daily operations.
