Salary Information:
• Hiring Range: $57,900 to $77,500 per year based on a 40-hour work week.
• Additional Compensation: Potential for bonuses and/or long-term incentive units. Includes a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.

Experience and Education Requirements:
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in entertainment at a talent agency, studio, network, or production. 2+ years preferred.
• Education: Not specified, but a strong interest in series development and television is essential.
Skills Required:
• Hard Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience in managing a high volume of information and materials in a fast-paced environment.
• Soft Skills:
- Highly organized and task-oriented.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate material related to projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Summary and Responsibilities:
• Position: Assistant, Development at FX.
• Role Overview: Provide administrative support to two SVPs of Development, including managing calendars, scheduling, and handling materials related to development projects.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, manage calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, handle expense reports.
- Evaluate and track submissions, manage incoming scripts and project drafts, and maintain various tracking grids.
- Facilitate communication and material coordination between Production and Development departments.
- Ensure timely and confidential handling of all development materials.
• Objective: To support the Development team efficiently and effectively, ensuring smooth operations within the department and timely management of project materials and communications.
