Job Summary
As a Part-Time Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical foundational support to our publicists and executives with a main focus on tracking client press coverage (clips). This is an ideal role for someone highly organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn the inner workings of a top-tier entertainment PR firm.
Key Responsibilities
• Coverage Tracking & Clip Maintenance: Efficiently track, log, and organize daily/weekly press clips and coverage sheets for our global client roster. This will be the key function of this new role.
• Media List Management: When applicable, update and maintain our Mainstream and Regional Music Media Lists. Ensure changes are accurately mirrored across platforms like MailChimp.
• General Administrative Support: When applicable, help keep standard agency guides, checklists, and shared drives meticulously organized.
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience; prior experience or a strong interest in the music, entertainment, or PR industries is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is required. Experience with MailChimp or PR databases is a major plus.
• Attention to Detail when entering data, managing spreadsheets, and checking hyperlinks.
• Ability to self-manage hours, prioritize tasks, and meet fast-turning deadlines in a dynamic environment.
