Coordinator, Visual Innovation Studio

Leading Broadcasting network is looking for a Coordinator, Visual Innovation Studio, specifically supporting the Senior Vice President of the Visual Innovation Studio Department who oversees visual marketing for Fox Entertainment. We are seeking a candidate who is organized, creative, and enthusiastic about design and team building. This is a large department with over 50 individuals to support and requires superior administrative and communication skills. You must have at least one year of entertainment assistant experience and be able to start immediately.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle all scheduling for SVP, Visual Innovation Studio, internal Visual Innovation Studio team meetings, and external vendor meetings
• Work with EVP offices to schedule all Visual Innovation Studio team presentations
• Book all Senior Vice President and Vice President travel
• Handle all Senior Vice President and Vice President expense reports
• Help direct all requests to the correct groups/individuals
• Maintain department budget tracking document and flash report
• Work with vendors on invoicing instructions and guidelines
• Process all Visual Innovation Studio Department team invoices, submitting on behalf of vendors
• Work with the finance team on any necessary chargebacks, both inter-departmental and payroll
• Handle all new hires, vendors, and freelancers onboarding
• Manage the hardware and software for all new hires/freelancers
• Handle all poster orders and distribution for Visual Innovation Studio, Affiliates, Publicity, Talent Relations, and Social teams
• Manage the swapping out of all building 100 posters with building services
• Coordinate all award submissions for the Visual Innovation Studio team
• Handle all royalty-free and rights-managed stock licensing and tracking
• Handle all purchasing for office supplies
• Maintain team wiki page
• Aggregate and send out weekly VIS updates to other FE teams
• Run all team morale events and quarterly team meetings, responsibilities including creating keynote presentations, personally putting on or working with external vendors to put on events (virtual and in person) purchasing and distributing morale gifts
• Handle purchasing and distributing all team meals in the office if needed

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Keynote, and familiarity with Adobe CC

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $22.25-31.25 per hour for California. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
