Executive Assistant

FOX Television Stations (FTS) is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the SVP Digital Operations and other FTS Digital department leads as needed. This position includes the ability to act as an extension of the SVP Digital Operations office, to think and plan ahead, to manage time effectively, and assisting with meeting agendas and materials.

This position requires attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and strong organizational skills. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is also required. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in working through complex tasks and projects quickly and efficiently on their own, possess a keen sense of urgency and situational awareness, and be able to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include handling appointments, special projects, reports, correspondence, meeting preparations in addition to coordinating meetings and conference calls, travel arrangements, expense reports, follow-up, and answering and managing calls. Candidate must possess superior judgment and problem-solving skills and have an aptitude for prioritization. Candidate must have the ability to quickly learn organizational structure, industry specific knowledge, and team objectives. Individual will interact with FTS executives and other professional associates, both internally and externally. Other related duties and special projects as deemed appropriate.

REQUIREMENTS: Strong work tenure: previous experience supporting high level executives preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must. Professional demeanor and impeccable administrative skills. Understanding of digital platforms and data preferred. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information required. This role requires a professional demeanor and detailed oriented administrative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must. Bachelor's degree preferred.
