The FOX 5 Sales Team has an amazing opportunity for a Digital Sales Coordinator to provide critical support in driving revenue for Washington DC's top local TV station. This role offers the foundation to build a long-term career in multimedia sales.

Job Summary
• Traffic & Campaign Management: Schedule digital ad campaigns and monitor results from inception to completion to ensure full delivery.
• Sales Support: Assist Account Executives with prospecting, research, sales planning, and invoicing.
• Client Fulfillment: Spearhead monthly client fulfillment recaps and help pinpoint appropriate audience targets for ad campaigns.
• Administrative Excellence: Manage data entry, CRM pipelines, and order processing with high precision.
• Production Assistance: Assist in commercial ad production and support sales-related marketing and community initiatives.
• Collaborative Execution: Work professionally under pressure and within specific time constraints and deadlines as part of a cohesive team.

What We're Looking For
• Education & Experience: A college degree is preferred. Digital and technical training certificates are a plus.
• Digital Savvy: A solid understanding of Digital Streaming TV and social media. Ideal candidates will have fundamental knowledge of Mobile, Email, Social Media, and Video advertising.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Ability to master industry -specific software, CRMs, and AI technology. Understanding of AOS and/or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
• Communication & Organization: Strong written and verbal communications skills with extreme attention to detail and effective time management.
• Mindset: An independent thinker who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Additional Details:
• Operational Flexibility: FOX 5 DC / FOX 5 Plus is a 24/7 operation; flexibility to work varied hours and overtime is required.
• Location: Based in Bethesda, MD, serving the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
