This is a Part Time Job
We're seeking an LA-based receptionist/assistant who is excited to work in the world of celebrity beauty and style.
This position is ideal for someone with previous assistant or office experience and who is comfortable handling day-to-day operations with confidence. There is room for growth within the company for the right person. (Please note: this role is not intended for aspiring hair or makeup artists.)
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phones, screen calls, and manage general reception duties
• Gather, organize, and maintain image lists for artists' portfolios
• Help with general office coordination, scheduling, and communication
• Provide administrative support to agents
• Assist with research and outreach for media lists and client databases
• Support daily operations while maintaining a professional, welcoming front desk environment
Qualifications:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) and Google Workspace
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and confident handling tasks independently
• Friendly and collaborative personality
• Prior office or receptionist experience is a plus (assistant roles, customer service, admin support, etc.)
We are a hybrid office, with in-person work required three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday 9am to 6pm. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to grow within a creative agency environment, we'd love to hear from you!
