Job Description
Bilingual Connected TV Video Content Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Publishing
Edit, upload, and publish video content across Connected TV (FAST, AVOD, and social media) platforms.
Adapt content for live events and interactive digital experiences, ensuring seamless integration across screens.
Ensure cultural relevance, linguistic accuracy, and audience resonance in both English and Spanish languages.
Optimization & Monetization
Implement monetization strategies tailored for FAST, AVOD, social, and Connected TV ecosystems.
Use analytics and performance data to refine content strategy and maximize revenue.
Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithms, and industry trends affecting distribution and monetization.
Live & Interactive Experiences
Collaborate with event production teams to capture, edit, and distribute content from live concerts, festivals, broadcasts, and interactive campaigns.
Extend live event impact through post-event video packages for Connected TV, social media, and streaming.
Collaboration & Workflow Management
Partner with production, design, marketing, and programming teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.
Organize and maintain content libraries for efficient multi-platform distribution.
Use scheduling and workflow tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, OneUp, Hootsuite, etc.) to manage releases.
Requirements
Must be willing to work in Burbank, CA (No Relocations)
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) with impeccable grammar and cultural sensitivity.
Proven track record in video editing, publishing, and monetization for Connected TV (FAST, AVOD, and social media).
Experience producing content for live events and interactive activations.
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.) and design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
Knowledge of monetization tools for platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and FAST channel providers (The Roku Channel, Samsung TV Plus).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Passion for multicultural storytelling and audience engagement across platforms.
Bachelor's degree in communications or related fields.
Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
Must be willing to work long hours, holidays, and weekends on short notice.
Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background investigation.
Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
