The Coordinator is a part of the NFL Sports Marketing team, which supports Monday Night Football, NFL Draft, NFL Wild Card, NFL Divisional Round and all NFL on ESPN priorities across both ESPN and ESPN+.
This position provides support in the development and execution of NFL Regular Season marketing strategies and multi-platform promotional plans across ESPN (including ESPN+), in addition to providing overall support for the NFL team. The Marketing Coordinator will be a key liaison between the consumer marketing team, creative agencies, and the broader ESPN cross-functional team.
Responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for short & long term marketing results, inclusive of the following duties:
• Connecting the marketing strategies and creative across the NFL property across The Walt Disney Company while driving alignment of consumer marketing & brand strategies for NFL.
• Driving all creative deliverables and timelines to ensure work is finished, delivered, and trafficked on time (and on budget).
• Owning the relationship and production timelines with the internal creative teams and ensuring accuracy and excellence of all work done internally and by creative agencies.
They will assist the Associate Director & Associate Manager with the day-to-day management of the properties. This includes:
• Providing input on creative development and execution of marketing materials.
• Working closely with the Media team on the scheduling and delivery of on and off channel assets.
• Establishing relationships with key personnel in the marketing department and other business units.
• Completing day-to-day correspondence with internal and external creative partners including relaying creative feedback and management of full timelines.
• Budget Management
• Full understanding of the programming schedules and sponsor requirements to ensure all marketing materials and deliverables are accurate.
Basic Qualifications
• 1 year of related marketing or business experience with an understanding of marketing fundamentals, creative evaluation, and budget management.
Preferred Qualifications
• Working knowledge of the NFL.
• Outstanding teammate with strong interpersonal skills including impressive verbal and written skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task on a high profile, high volume portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, detail oriented, and desire to take initiative to get the job done.
• Strong analytical skills and active mind with knowledge and a curiosity about the evolving media landscape and media consumption habits.
• Appetite for learning & making a difference; an appreciation for the role of sports with cultural trends.
Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $52,940 to $$73,700 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
