We are looking for a Temporary Covid Test Coordinator who will support and act as a liaison between Casting Directors and each productions COVID Monitors. This role will organize and coordinate background actors COVID-19 daily testing appointments/bookings for all shows and all administrative tasks that follow.
KEY RESONSIBILITIES
Handle a high volume of calls, responding quickly to client's needs, take messages, transfer calls and general inquiry.
Acquire knowledge of all office systems: including but not limited to phones, casting programs, computers, etc.
Communicate accurate COVID testing show information to background actors and ensure they all have health and safety paperwork as required by client.
Manage all background actors COVID status updates, sending out and confirming testing appointment times and missed appointments for all shows.
Provide production with accurate background actor contact information for those being tested in a timely manner.
Manage all COVID related administrative tasks for Casting Directors.
Coordinate background actor cancellations with Casting Directors.
Ensure that booked background actors know productions established safe work procedures.
Work with Casting Directors and Productions to determine each show's weekly testing needs and information background need beforehand.
Participation in various conference calls relating to COVID training.
Educate background actors on Covid safety protocols for each show.
Elevate Covid related incidents to the Central Casting's Senior Covid-19 Compliance Specialist.
Maintain documentation of the company's safety procedures.
Other projects as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
High school diploma required. College graduate preferred.
General knowledge of the Entertainment Industry a plus.
Excellent Client service / people skills- ability to work with many different personalities.
Quickly grasps new concepts and ideas and the willingness to learn new technologies.
Ability to work productively on multiple projects simultaneously in a high stress environment and meet deadlines.
Strong working knowledge of MS Word & Excel, Power Point, Teams and Zoom.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, on-line, with quality and quick responsiveness to your team and clients.
Possesses a strong pro-active work ethic and quickly adapt to new responsibilities
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proven strong organizational skills including logistics, time management and scheduling.
Must be a people person who can manage with confidence, maintain policy/protocol with crew, and operate with authority when needed.
Strong problem solver in a highly fast driven creative environment.
Must work flexible hours with no restrictions (overtime will be required).
Please note this position is an in office 40hours+ position and the hourly rate is $17.50/hr.
