Talent Coordinator (Social Media Dept)

TALENT COORDINATOR POSITION AT ENTERTAINMENT LAB (SOCIAL MEDIA DEPT) | LOS ANGELES BRANCH

• Pay: $20/hour to start, with increases the longer you stay with the company.
• Hours: 9:00am - 7pm, Monday to Friday and one hour at any time on Sundays to catch up on weekend appointments/scheduling (all overtime is paid per state laws).
• Career path: We are specifically looking for an applicant who plans on staying long-term in the social media/digital talent management field because we will invest a lot of our time on training and education of the new staff member to make sure they move up to Jr. Manager/Manager position within 1-3 years.
• Hybrid work: Some Tuesdays are in the office and all other days we work remotely.

Requirements:
• EXPERIENCE IN SOCIAL MEDIA SPACE IS A MUST
• TALENT AGENCY or TALENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY experience is a plus
• EXPERIENCE IN TALENT SUBMISSIONS ON BREAKDOWN EXPRESS, CASTING NETWORKS AND CASTING FRONTIER is a plus (please do not apply if you do not possess this skill)
• Computer skills
• Communication skills (verbal and written)

Duties (all typical entertainment office Administrative Assistant duties):
• Processing new content creator clients
• Drafting and sending pitches
• Maintaining sheets and lists
• Working with mainstream AI tools (Gemini, Chatgpt, Claude, etc.)
• Assisting Talent Managers
• Talent submissions
• Coordinating talent schedules and appointments
• Updating talent information on various platforms
• Checking TV and commercial conflicts
• Being a liaison between our clients, brands, casting directors, producers, talent agents, directors, publicists, ad agencies, etc.
