PT - On Air Producer
Entercom Boston is looking for on-air Producers. Candidates need to have strong communication and organization skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
• Scheduling guests and live interviews.
• Researching broadcast topics
• Protecting the station's FCC license.
• Assisting in the development of on-air promotions.
• Providing creative input on broadcast elements.
• Scheduling talent appearances.
• Overseeing live remote broadcasts.
• Contributing to social networking and website updates.
• Other duties as required by management.
Qualifications:
Applicants should be familiar with Wide Orbit, Newsboss, digital production and board operation. Experience operating radio-broadcasting console and/or producing an on-air show preferred.
A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
