ASSISTANTS WANTED FOR DESK COVERAGE ROLES SANTA MONICA!

Our Client, a major Entertainment Company based out of Santa Monica, CA has an immediate need for entry-level administrative assistants in all departments including, Film, TV, Marketing & PR! Responsibilities include answering phones, rolling calls, managing calendars, performing clerical support duties such as filing, email correspondence and setting up conference calls. Assistants will be working with studio heads, network executives as well as agents and must be available for both long-term and short-term projects! 

MUST have:
• Bachelors Degree 

• Experience rolling calls, managing calendars and front office clerical support duties A MUST

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

• 1 years of administrative experience, preferably in the entertainment industry (internships included)

• Experience working in an entertainment related business/corporate environment
