Pressman Film is an innovative, established film production company, which produces approximately two films per year. The company was founded by Edward R. Pressman, who has produced such classics as “Badlands,” “Conan the Barbarian,” “Wall Street,” “The Crow,” “American Psycho,” ''Reversal of Fortune'', and “The Cooler” starring William H. Macy and Alec Baldwin. Recent projects include Werner Herzog’s “The Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans”, starring Nicolas Cage, Eva Mendes, and Val Kilmer, “Mutant Chronicles”, directed by Simon Hunter and starring Thomas Jane, Ron Perlman, and John Malkovich, “Thank You for Smoking,” starring Aaron Eckhart, Katie Holmes, Maria Bello, William H. Macy and Robert Duvall, “Fur,” directed by Stephen Shainberg starring Nicole Kidman and Robert Downey, Jr., “Amazing Grace,” directed by Michael Apted starring Ioan Gruffudd and Albert Finney and the soon to be released ''Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps'', directed by Oliver Stone and starring Michael Douglas, Shia LaBeouf, Carey Mulligan and Josh Brolin. We have many exciting projects scheduled to begin production in the coming year as well as in development.

Interns’ main responsibilities include reading scripts, writing coverage and assisting with current productions and development, as well as standard office duties. Pressman Film is the perfect place to learn about the inner workings of a script from inception through production. Whether for school credit or for pursuing a general passion for film, Pressman Film is small company that offers a great work environment, as well as opportunity for education and growth.

This is an unpaid internship which requires a commitment of 2-3 days per week with the hours of 10 am-6 pm.
