Associate Producer
Position Overview
We €™re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Associate Producer to support the execution of our high-energy video productions–from weekly challenges to large-scale stunts. In this role, you €™ll work under the direction of Producers and collaborate closely with the Creative and Production teams to make each shoot run smoothly, stay on budget, and feel effortless (even when it €™s not). You €™ll help bring wild ideas to life, ensuring all the behind-the-scenes logistics are locked and loaded.
If you €™re a highly organized team player with a passion for YouTube, strong instincts for what makes great content, and a love for making things happen, this is the role for you.
Who You Are
• Strong organizational and communication skills and never let a logistical detail slip through the cracks.
• Self-starter who anticipates needs and solves problems without waiting to be told what to do.
• You thrive in high-energy environments, work well with a team, and are comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly.
• Eager to learn and grow in the world of high-volume, high-impact production.
What You'll Do
• Support Producers in coordinating and executing all logistics, including scheduling shoots, booking extras/vendors, and securing locations, permits, and releases.
• Assist in maintaining production pace, supporting the Producer in keeping talent and crew on schedule, and acting as the point of contact for last-minute needs or props.
• Track and reconcile production purchases and receipts against the budget to ensure every shoot stays on track.
• Participate in creative meetings, contribute ideas to bring episodes to life, and facilitate communication between Creative, Talent, and Production teams.
• Draft preliminary production schedules and call sheets, join pre-production meetings, and ensure teams are fully prepped and equipped on set.
Requirements
• 2 years experience in an equivalent production position.
• Strong proficiency with Google Suite and familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.
• Working knowledge of production workflows, timelines, and basic budgeting/reconciliation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and organized with a ''no task too small'' attitude.
Location:
• This position is located onsite at the all-new Dude Perfect HQ3 offices in Frisco, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex). Remote candidates will not be considered for this position.
