Summer Intern - Production

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

HYBRID POSITION:

Looking for two interns who will work POSSIBLY remotely starting 09-02-2026 (if possible), 2 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday) from 11 am to 4 pm PST, via Zoom. The last day of the internship will be on February 6 (possibility to stop before if needed).

The internship will focus on two of our gift suites: Pre Golden Globes and Pre Grammys gift suites, both in Los Angeles, one in January 2027 and the other one in February 2027.

1. Preparing our GIFT SUITES
• We will work on looking for brands as well as refreshing our database of actors, directors, musicians, and producers.
• The second part of the internship will be to invite actors, musicians, directors, and producers going to the events or nominees for an award.

2. Intern Requirements
• We ask that our interns be bright, organized, motivated, professional, have a passion for film and television, and music, and a willingness to learn.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suites are not required but helpful.
• The purpose of this internship is NOT for our interns to provide free labor and fetch coffee. Instead, we are committed to having our interns learn about the entertainment industry and receive the tools and knowledge that will help them find employment in the future.

Additional Skills:
• Fashion knowledge and social media skills are a plus.
• Interest in Music or/and movie and TV industries.
