Job Summary:
Disney Music Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide executive support, departmental coordination, facilities back up support, administration support, and operational support for senior leadership within the organization. These leaders include SVP, Commerce & Digital and the VP, Sales & Digital, as well as ad hoc other executives and leaders within those teams.
This role serves as a central point of coordination across Commerce, Sales, Digital Marketing, emerging technology, and external business partners. This role will provide administrative support to senior leaders.
Reporting directly to the SVP, Commerce & Digital, the ideal candidate will be a resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, manages confidential information with discretion, and demonstrates exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for senior executives, including:
• calendar management
• Meeting scheduling and coordination
• Travel arrangements
• expense reporting
• Correspondence management
• General office administration
• Coordinate department meetings, presentations, conference calls, and special events.
• Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.
• Exercise professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Serve as departmental Record Retention Coordinator.
• Coordinate visitor access, parking accommodation, and security requests.
• Update and maintain workplace resources, partner contact lists.
• Provide back up support for routing and processing invoices for payment.
• Support special projects and departmental initiatives.
Required Education, Experience, Skills & Training
Basic Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience supporting executives, administration, project coordination, or similar functions.
• Previous experience in a professional office environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, Word
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time-management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet competing deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration across teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to support evolving business needs.
Salary/Benefits
$79,400 - $106,400 /year USD
Base pay may vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
