About the Role & Program
Join us for the opportunity to intern with Disney Television Animation Studios! The approximate dates for this internship are June 2026 through December 2026. If selected for this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Environment & Events and the Director, Artist Recruitment at Disney Television Animation. A cover letter indicating your interest in the Disney Television Animation Studios Planning & Operations Intern, Summer/Fall 2026 position is required in order to be considered for the opportunity.
What You Will Do
Support Studio Operations
• Partner with Environment and Events to ideate, plan and execute all studio initiatives (example: culture building, onsite events & etc.)
• Support onsite activities and events from set up to break down
• Design and create graphics packages for assigned initiatives
Support Artist Recruitment
• Partner with Artist Recruitment to coordinate initiatives related to DTVA talent outreach events, collaborative talent outreach events with other TWDC Studios, and recruitment marketing
• Assist with the execution of social media strategies for recruitment (LinkedIn)
• Assist with graphic design and presentations of Talent Acquisition processes and reports
Experience Life at Disney Television Animation Studios
• Learn about the art, business and technology of animation
• Attend crew screenings and other studio events
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a customer service lens
• Strong research and communication skills
• High level of curiosity and commitment to learning
• Ability to work with diverse teams
• Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Proven success delivering in fast-paced creative environment
• Experience with design software (Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, Canva)
• Interest in Animation or TV/Film Production
• Previous experience social media, event planning, or production
Education
• Senior year preferred
• Major in Communications, Marketing, Radio/TV/Film or related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
• Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information
• Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
• The approximate dates of this internship are June 2026 through December 2026
• Fully available from Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm PT for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
• Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Glendale, CA area
• Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
