This is a Full Time Paid Internship
The Disney Advertising team is seeking passionate, curious, and motivated interns to join one of our dynamic teams and gain firsthand experience in shaping the future of entertainment marketing.
The dates of this internship are June 8, 2026 - August 14, 2026 based in New York City.
What You Will Do
If selected for this opportunity, you will be assigned to one of these teams:
Ad Operations
• Assist with leading and managing television and streaming Ad Sales accounts from booking to invoicing. Provide insight on advertiser behavior from both the buying and trafficking side of the agency. Book commercial inventory, implementing agency requests and changes for their ad schedules, ensuring accuracy with deal points and traffic instructions.
Adverting Sales
• Support Account Executives in advertising reporting, share account updates and assist in reporting and campaign trafficking. Become well-informed about developments within the media industry as well as advertising verticals through project work, internal/extern al meetings, and industry publications.
Business Operations
• Exposure to the full advertising sales ecosystem from organizational planning and data governance to executive reporting and marketplace analysis. Collaborate with team members on projects that streamline operations, strengthen collaboration across functions, and shape ad sales strategies that align with company growth objectives.
Client Brand Solutions
• Assist with the creation of sales communications related to client and brand experiences, trade communications, industry events and internal/external communication system. Work collaboratively to help manage a broad range of communication tools and systems.
Creative Studios
• Contribute to diverse creative projects, design presentations, sales/marketing materials, and digital content. Gain hands-on experience in storytelling, brand communication, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, communications, marketing teams, and external vendors from concept to delivery.
Revenue Analytics
• Collaborating across Sales, Finance, and Operations, translating data into insights that drive smarter decisions, stronger performance, and meaningful business growth. D ive into the fast-paced world of digital advertising, gain firsthand experience in how Disney manages inventory and revenue across its streaming and linear platforms. Support campaign reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Keynote
• Experience working in collaborative environments and managing multiple projects
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, operating within the context of highly defined, routine processes and procedures adhering to organizational deadlines
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving skills, and strong written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and experience multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Understanding of the Advertising Sales industry
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Previous experience working in media and entertainment (academic or internship)
• Knowledge of Disney's multimedia properties and affinity for The Walt Disney Company
Education
• Junior or Senior year preferred
• Major or previous coursework in Advertising, Business, Marketing or related major preferred
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
• Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information
• Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
• Fully available from Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
• Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the New York City area
• Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
