Job Summary:
The Disney Advertising, Entertainment & Client Solutions team is seeking a Senior Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our team. As a member of the Streaming Solutions group within Entertainment & Client Solutions, you will join a dynamic team that is responsible for building, pitching, and executing best-in-class advertising solutions and proactive sponsorship opportunities for partners based on Hulu and Disney+ suite of content and ad products.
Reporting into the Director of Streaming Solutions, the right person for this role is someone who is interested in helping advertising partners drive ROI through opportunities that leverage Disney streaming platforms' data insights, product capabilities, content library and marketing initiatives. The right person for this role is comfortable pairing storytelling skills with strategic thinking and is capable of speaking many languages, from sales and media to strategic development and technical capabilities.

This individual must have a keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills, as this role will develop and drive projects forward proactively while working with many disciplines across the Disney organization, including but not limited to Entertainment Solutions, Disney CreativeWorks, Research, Analytics, Pricing and Planning, Brand Marketing, Content Marketing, Addressable Solutions, Client Connect, Global Partnerships, Sales and Legal. Responsibilitiesand Duties of the Role:
Develop market-leading ad sales opportunities tied to highly visible and priority Hulu and
Disney+ content, audience insights and ad product capabilities with high levels of complexity by collaborating with and influencing multiple internal stakeholders (including those outside of DAS, such as Marketing, Partnerships, Ad Product, etc.)
• Manage the strategic proactive development, pricing and packaging of high-level streaming opportunities for advertisers and build corresponding materials to drive excitement in the marketplace. Examples include linear/streaming convergent packages, cross-portfolio tentpole offerings, etc.
• Work with internal teams to identify monetizable opportunities rooted in the Hulu and Disney+ content libraries
• Collaborate with Disney CreativeWorks to develop custom co-branded concepts to bring to the marketplace.
• Work with Analytics and RYM to develop media plans and thresholds for large-scale initiatives
• Work with Research to use data and insights to build sales narratives
• Create sales collateral that positions and evangelize how to best utilize our ad products in sales offerings
• Communicate new packages to sellers and educate internal teams on how to sell streaming offerings
• Lead post-sale execution of co-branded creative alongside Disney CreativeWorks counterparts
Work with internal partners such as RYM, Analytics and Addressable Sales to optimize available streaming opportunities in the marketplace
• Create timely materials to push relevant opportunities in market (or oversee direct report(s) in doing so where appropriate)
• Oversee direct report(s) in revenue tracking accuracy
• Assist Director in identifying priority opportunities
Manage direct report(s) including training, time prioritization, and management of output
• Oversee direct report(s) as they develop low- to mid-level package offerings
Required Education
, Experience/Skills/Training:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing/media across a variety of industries from publisher, network, or agency, 1+ Managerial experience
• Proven record of strategic and creative thinking paired with a research and data-driven mindset that informs insights for sponsorship development
• In-depth understanding of sponsorships and media plan development and experience supporting an ad sales organization, with the ability to train others
• Is an expert in ad product utilization
• Familiarity with creative development and execution
• Ability to create crisp market-facing collateral and keen attention to detail, and guide other to do the same
• Skilled in analyzing data and insights to guide strategic decisions paired with the ability to solve complex problems
• A holistic perspective of our industry, utilizing point of view of sales and internal marketing stakeholders, to best serve brand partners, our viewers, and revenue streams
• Background in linear and digital advertising, streaming experience preferred
• Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
• A passion for guiding, nurturing and inspiring junior team members, with the ability to provide support, training and career development

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $125,800 - $172,900 per year, in Chicago, IL is $123,000 - $165,000 per year and in Santa Monica, CA is $125,800 - $172,900 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
