Role and Responsibilities
Owns execution of DSC's creative direction across all photo, video, and campaign productions - translating ideas into world-class content that drives culture, membership, and following
Works directly with the Creative Director to translate vision, treatments, and concepts into executable production plans
Shapes the story behind each piece - ensuring the narrative, pacing, and tone align with DSC's voice and cultural point of view
Sources, hires, and manages production crews, photographers, videographers, stylists, editors, etc.
Oversees pre-production, shoot coordination, and post-production to ensure seamless creative delivery
Maintains high production standards - ensuring every frame, sound, and cut reflects DSC's tone and aesthetic
Manages budgets, schedules, and deliverables while maintaining creative integrity
Builds and maintains a reliable network of production partners and vendors globally
Keeps production pipelines organized and efficient, supporting multiple drops and ongoing campaigns
Operates as a one-person production lead - translating creative direction into executed reality with precision and care
Qualifications
4+ years producing visual content for fashion, streetwear, or culture brands
Strong understanding of creative direction and how to translate vision into actionable production
Experience sourcing and managing production crews internationally
Familiarity with streetwear aesthetics, creative direction workflows, and campaign storytelling
Working knowledge and curiosity about crypto, Web3, and the digital-native creator ecosystem
Skilled in production management tools
Proven ability to balance creative execution, budget control, and timeline management
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable - able to operate independently while protecting creative quality
