BIG PICTURE:
We're looking for an ideas-first creative who can turn one strong insight into scroll-stopping videos. If you're the person constantly saving viral clips, rewriting hooks in your Notes app, and can explain why something worked instead of just saying ''it popped''… keep reading.
You live on the pulse of internet culture and don't just know what's trending - you know how to translate those trends into original ideas that fit our brand and make them our own . This role is about thinking, not editing- spotting cultural moments early, finding the emotional hook, and turning it into concepts that our audience can't help but watch and share.

Your ideas will be seen by millions , shape culture, and set the standard for what great short- form content looks like.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME:
• Generate high-performing short-form ideas for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
• Develop viral hooks that stop the scroll in the first 1–3 seconds
• Identify repeatable formats we can turn into series, not one-offs
• Spot trends early and adapt them to fit Dhar's voice and values
• Design ideas with retention in mind (open loops, escalation, payoff)
• Create concepts that naturally allow for brand integration
• Collaborate with editors and producers to bring ideas to life
WHAT YOU HAVE:
• You understand short-form storytelling at a systems level
• You can manufacture emotion quickly: heart, surprise, tension, humor
• You know why people swipe away - and how to stop it
• You think in hooks, formats, and repeatability
• You're obsessed with what's working right now
• You can explain your thinking clearly and simply

• You can name formats that are working across multiple creators
• You think like a creator and a strategist
• You naturally think about brand safety and sponsorship fit
• You've studied Dhar Mann content and understand the tone
WHO OVERSEES YOU:
The position reports to Dhar Mann.
WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWN:
All things creative take place at our studio in Burbank, California.
WHEN THE MAGIC HAPPENS:
This is an on-call role, days and hours will vary depending on coverage and production schedules.
