Live Streaming Jewelry Host (Internship - Full-Time)

Location: In-Person | Brooklyn, NY
Internship Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Live Show Schedule (Post-Internship): 6:00 PM - 1:00 AM daily
Program Length: 8 Weeks (Internship)

Position Summary
This role is designed for a natural entertainer with strong sales instincts who can engage a live audience, sell jewelry in real time, and grow into a core revenue-driving position within the company.

The role begins as a structured 8-week internship focused on platform mastery, live-selling techniques, and an in-depth understanding of the jewelry we manufacture. Top performers will transition into a full-time role with meaningful upside tied directly to business results.

What You'll Do
• Host and sell jewelry during live streaming auction shows
• Engage and grow a loyal live audience through entertainment and trust-building
• Present products with confidence, storytelling, and urgency
• Think quickly on your feet and adapt live to audience energy and bidding behavior
• Maintain organized, high-energy, exciting, professional shows
• Collaborate with inventory, production, and management teams on show planning

Required Qualifications
• Strong on-camera presence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven or demonstrated sales ability; live sales experience is a strong plus
• Ability to learn and accurately present jewelry materials, quality, and value
• Ability to work in person from our Brooklyn, NY office
• Availability for evening live show hours post-internship
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure live environments
