We are seeking a Program Project Manager to support launch operations in Las Vegas, NV. Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed event plans to support upcoming launches and minimize operational risks.
Identify upcoming events, venues, traffic impacts, and potential service disruptions.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
Maintain and optimize pickup/drop-off locations at hotels, attractions, airports, and other major venues.
Monitor service quality metrics and resolve operational issues proactively.
Communicate project updates, risks, and progress during operational meetings.
Maintain regional reports and provide market-specific operational insights.
Support urgent venue updates and stakeholder communications.
