Position: Client Services Representative

Location: Burbank, CA

Facility: Level 3 Post

We currently have an opening for a Client Services Representative.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Service:
• Provide meals and drinks for the clients and employees
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the edit rooms, kitchens, and lobby areas
• Maintain office supplies for client and talent use

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

Client-Facing Service:
• Welcome clients and assist them throughout their session
• Prepare and serve beverages

Operations:
• Assist in preparation for client sessions, luncheons, and meetings, including light food preparation
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including dish-washing
• Monitor the bays and lobby area for overall tidiness and upkeep
• Assist Client Service Manager with duties as needed

Studio Support:
• Plan and purchase food for client meals and snacks
• Place and pick up incoming food orders quickly
• Track receipts for Accounts Payable and Billing Departments
• Maintain and stock the kitchen with supplies; shopping and ordering as needed
• Back up the Receptionist occasionally, answering multi-line phone system while rolling calls to the appropriate departments/employees
• Be ''all hands-on deck'' when needed for company events as expected
• Remain receptive to other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS/BACKGROUND:
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact politely with clients both in person and over the phone is required
• 1-2 years restaurant/serving experience; catering, banquet, customer service, and/or reception
• A positive attitude; must be comfortable working with people and enjoy interacting while staying focused on individual responsibilities
• Able to assist with picking up groceries and/or food orders
• Highly organized and detailed oriented
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, with availability to work different shifts and variable hours, including nights and weekends

BUSINESS SYSTEM EXPERIENCE:
• Basic computer skills
• MS Office aptitude in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to learn Xytech basics, including schedule view
