Fall Intern - Voiceover

DDO Artists Agency is seeking a tech-savvy intern to join our New York Voiceover Department for mid Fall 2026 semester through Mid Winter 2027 semester.
Position Details:
Internship Dates: Week of October 19 - February 26th (Offices are closed Major holidays and from December 23-Jan 4th)
Schedule: Two full days per week, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST
Required Availability: Wednesdays and Fridays in Fall, Flexible to change in Winter.
Location: 100% remote (applicants outside of New York are welcome)
Must be able to work Eastern Time hours.
We are looking for someone who is positive, eager to learn, and excited about the entertainment industry!
Internship Structure
Interns will work closely with our Voiceover team under the direct supervision of agents and assistants. Throughout the internship, interns will receive ongoing mentorship, weekly feedback, and a final performance review with constructive feedback.
Responsibilities:
Collect, review, edit, and troubleshoot voiceover audition files (Audacity)
Read, cross-reference, and interpret casting breakdowns
Work within online casting platforms used by actors and casting directors
Email talent regarding audition revisions and respond to talent questions
Maintain accurate and confidential client information within inEntertainment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Audacity or similar audio editing software is preferred, but not required
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Initiative, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
Reliable desktop or laptop computer with high-speed internet and sufficient bandwidth for remote work
