Role Summary

We are seeking a highly efficient and savvy Senior Creative Producer to join our team. This role is critical for a creative leader who excels in both conceptual design and hands-on execution, particularly within the entertainment event sector. The Senior Creative Producer will drive the visual and experiential aspects of our projects, from initial pitch to onsite activation, ensuring creative excellence and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Concept & Design: Lead the development of compelling creative concepts, translating client visions into stunning pitch decks, detailed renderings, and precise CAD floorplans. This includes hands-on design work for client assets and event collateral.
• Onsite Creative Leadership: Seamlessly transition from design to onsite execution, leading all creative elements within activations. This involves managing creative vendors, overseeing installations, and ensuring the creative vision is flawlessly realized on the ground.
• Vendor & Budget Management: Collaborate closely with the founder and event managers to select and manage creative vendors, ensuring all deliverables meet our high standards and remain within allocated budgets. Proactively identify efficiencies and cost-saving measures.
• Innovation & Technology: Utilize advanced design platforms and AI tools to push creative boundaries, streamline workflows, and deliver cutting-edge solutions for our diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in creative production or a similar role within the entertainment events industry, preferably with a boutique agency.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating high-impact pitch decks, detailed renderings, and accurate CAD floorplans.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and advanced knowledge of presentation tools.
• Proven ability to lead creative teams and vendors, with significant experience in onsite creative direction and management.
• Strong understanding of event production processes, logistics, and budget management.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• A portfolio showcasing a strong aesthetic, innovative design solutions, and successful event activations.
