We're Hiring: Event Manager: Damminger Productions Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)
Who We Are
Damminger Productions is a dynamic design and production agency based in the Los Angeles. We specialize in creating unforgettable experiences, from brand activations, film and TV premieres to product launches and immersive installations. Our team is a collective of creative thinkers, designers, and producers dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what's possible. We are looking for a meticulous and energetic Event Manager to join our growing team.
What You'll Do
We are a small but mighty team so be prepared to wear many hats!
Client & Vendor Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of trusted vendors and suppliers in the Los Angeles area and beyond.
Deliver exceptional client service, acting as a reliable and professional point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Budget Management: Develop, manage, and meticulously track detailed budgets for multiple events simultaneously, from initial proposal to final reconciliation. Source vendor quotes, negotiate contracts, and process invoices to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to budget constraints.
Lead the Front Lines: Recruit, train, and manage a top-notch front-of-house team for all events. You'll oversee check-in, handle any and all guest-related challenges.
Support the Core Team: Jump in to assist our president and lead creative producer with everything from maintaining calendars to staff scheduling and travel booking, keeping our office running smoothly.
What You Bring to the Table
3-5 years of hands-on experience in high-level event management in the entertainment industry.
Deep expertise in guest list software is a must-zkipster proficiency is essential.
A wizard with Google Docs, Sheets, and the entire Google Suite. This person will keep our team organized and should ALWAYS be steps ahead!
You live in the Los Angeles area and have a car and valid driver's license. Some travel will be required!
A willingness to work the late nights and weekends that make incredible events happen!
