Associate

This is a Full Time Job

Boutique entertainment law firm located in Paris is recruiting one senior associate and one junior associate to assist its senior partner with French and international legal matters for a French and international clientele including:

• feature film and television production from development through production including chain of title, development agreements, above and below the line talent and crew agreements, financing agreements including banking and related security documentation, licensing and broadcast agreements

-distribution and related agreements for all forms of exploitation (theatrical, television, digital, merchandising, music)

-output deals, channel carriage and distribution agreements

-legal opinions concerning chain of title, right of privacy, title issues, and other intellectual property issues, regulatory compliance.

For junior associate position, a minimum of 2-3 years of experience is required.

For senior associate position, a minimum of 5 years of experience is required.

Excellent written and communication skills in preferably both English and French.

Excellent analytical, drafting and negotiating skills.

Foreign English speaking candidates will be considered and temporary housing is available.

For French candidates, candidates who qualify as ''avocat'' or ''juriste'' will be considered.
