Assistant to Founder — Aperture Entertainment
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Boutique management and production company Aperture Entertainment seeks an assistant to its founder. Candidates should be smart, savvy, thick-skinned, and creatively driven, preferably with agency experience. Responsibilities range from typical assistant duties to hands-on involvement in project and client development.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the founder and contribute creatively to every stage of the management and production process. There is significant room for advancement for an individual who wants to become a manager or development executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the founder with typical assistant and administrative responsibilities.
• Assist with project and client development.
• Help coordinate communication and follow-up across clients, collaborators, and projects.
• Contribute creatively to projects at various stages of development and production.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Agency experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
• Ability to multitask, anticipate needs, and manage competing priorities.
• A smart, savvy, and dedicated approach to the work.
• A strong interest in genre storytelling and the relationship between publishing, film, and television.
• Desire to grow within management or development.
