Paid Intern - Content Creation & Social Media Management, Podcast

This is a Part Time Paid Internship

Starting: Feb 1st - June 1st
Commitment: 6-8 hours per week

We are seeking a hungry, skilled Social Media Manager / Viral Short-Form Content Creator who understands culture, cares deeply about mental health, knows how to turn powerful conversations into content that resonates, and is looking to grow with us.

This role is for someone who lives online, understands how stories travel, can sense when a moment will connect emotionally-not just trend, and wants to innovate the short-form game. You will help grow and shape the podcast's presence across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, while contributing to the overall voice and impact of the brand.

Responsibilities include:

• Posting twice per day to Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Reviewing podcast episodes and identifying the most impactful, emotionally resonant moments
• Editing interviews into 20-40 second, compelling short-form clips
• Writing thoughtful, culturally fluent captions
• Engaging with like-minded audiences and creators
• Tracking trends and platform algorithms to optimize performance
• Bringing fresh ideas to increase reach, engagement, and impact
