Youth & Young Adult Agent

Established bicoastal agency seeks a dedicated Youth Talent Agent to handle print, commercial, and theatrical representation. This mostly remote role requires 2+ years of prior youth management/agency experience, a rigorous work ethic, and a proven track record of securing auditions and developing young talent.

Key Responsibilities:
-Client Management
-Actively pitch and secure auditions
-Tape Feedback: Review self-tapes, providing constructive, actionable direction to clients to elevate their audition readiness.
• Make Deadline Submissions: Meticulously manage Breakdown Services and submit by strict, fast-paced casting deadlines.
-Pipeline Building: Leverage and expand existing industry relationships on both the East and West coasts to consistently get clients 'in the room.
-Negotiations and contract reviews

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Talent Agent or Personal Manager explicitly in the youth/young performer field.
Track Record: Documented success in landing auditions, building client rosters, and booking top-tier jobs.
Availability: Must be willing to work rigorous hours and handle urgent industry demands across time zones.
Team Player: Highly collaborative, communicative, and ready to support a growing bicoastal team while operating remotely. Able to occasionally be in person for events if needed. Strong leadership skills a must.
