About the Internship
We're looking for motivated, detail-oriented interns to support the daily operations of our talent agency. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how a modern talent agency works - from submissions and scouting to contracts, branding, and client development.
Interns may express interest in specific areas, but will gain exposure across multiple aspects of the business.
What You'll Help With
• Communicating with casting offices, producers, and our client roster
• Assisting with contract tracking and deal organization
• Scouting new talent and helping expand our roster
• Requesting and organizing client materials (headshots, reels, resumes, etc.)
• Assisting clients with headshot selection and presentation
• Creating client one-pagers and promotional materials
• Supporting marketing initiatives and agency branding
• General agency operations and creative brainstorming
Interns receive guidance and feedback directly from lead agents.
What You'll Learn
• How casting platforms and submissions work in real time
• How talent scouting and roster development works
• How to package and market talent professionally
• How agencies manage contracts and negotiations
• How to build relationships in the entertainment industry
Minimum Qualifications
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable using Google Drive and Google Workspace
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask
• Professional phone and email etiquette
• Interest in entertainment, media, or talent representation
• Bonus if familiar with casting platforms or Canva, but not required
Commitment
• 6-month minimum
• 16-20 hours per week
• Fully remote with flexible scheduling
