Talent Manager (Film, Television)
We are seeking an experienced, and highly motivated Talent Manager to support and guide our roster of artists across film, television, theatre, and branding, while contributing to in-house production projects providing valuable exposure beyond traditional talent management responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and has a strong background working with established clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a roster of talent, advising on career development and opportunities across multiple sectors
* Oversee daily client needs, including submissions, scheduling, and strategic planning
* Utilize industry platforms such as Breakdown Services and other casting tools
* Coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Communicate regularly with leadership on priorities, deadlines, and client updates
* Identify challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear, proactive feedback
* Collaborate with internal teams and assist with company-led production initiatives
* Work in office 5 Days a week.

Qualifications:
* Current Talent Agent/Manager or at least 1+ year of experience at an agency or management company
* Strong knowledge of film, television, and theatre industries
* Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Vimeo, Notion, InEntertainment, and Slack
* Experience using Breakdown Services and similar platforms
* Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
