About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Remote Entertainment Assistant to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced entertainment environment. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and grow within the entertainment industry.
The ideal candidate is proactive, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across time zones
• Draft and respond to professional emails
• Organize documents, decks, and shared drives
• Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
• Assist with research related to projects, talent, or industry trends
• Support administrative and operational needs as they arise
Qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
• Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, or similar communication tools
Previous entertainment experience is a plus but not required. We value work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
