talent and Lit Manager is seeking a part time experienced assistant to join our growing team.  - 'salary, plus overtime extra pay as needed, Busy representation and production company, with high-profile clients working in Steaming, TV, Film, and digital media. The ideal candidate qualities:?- Currently living in Los Angeles.?- Be Vaccinated.?- Willing to work in person at our office.? Great under pressure.? Have meticulous attention to detail.? Excellent communicator.? Should be able to track and do multiple things simultaneously.? Be organized and have extraordinary follow through.? Be nice, friendly, and work well with others.?? Responsibilities include:  - Handling scheduling, and tracking of meetings, pitches, submissions and appointments.? Tracking upcoming projects at studios/networks/film festivals.?
