Currently seeking a full-time Talent Coordinator for a Talent Agency. This position requires candidates to have the ability to function in a high energy environment. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of two years of entertainment industry experience; specifically at a reputable talent agency or talent management company. Seeking someone who is extremely detail-oriented, has exceptions organizational skills and an innate ability to think outside of the box. Excellent communication skills (phone, e-mail, texts) are a must as you will be dealing with buyers and clients across the industry.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
• Preparing grids for staff meetings
• writing coverage on feature and television scripts.
• Submitting clients on Breakdowns
• Preparing auditions to be sent over to clients/managers (including gather all the proper information)
• Editing and circulating self-tapes
• Putting together client reels including pulling scenes from recent TV/Film projects
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Entering data into inEntertainment
• Communicating with clients, managers, casting and other industry people.
