Seeking Talent Agent - Actors | New York

This is an opportunity for an emerging agent or entertainment professional looking to build industry relationships, develop artists' careers, and take an active role in growing the agency's presence in the New York market.

The Role

• Build relationships with casting directors, producers, managers, and other industry professionals.
• Help develop and manage a roster of actors.
• Identify opportunities across film, television, theatre, and streaming.
• Coordinate submissions, auditions, bookings, and ongoing artist communication.
• Contribute to the agency's continued growth and industry presence in New York.

Who We're Looking For

• An emerging talent agent or entertainment professional ready to take the next step.
• A genuine interest in actors, storytelling, and the business of entertainment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Breakdown Express, Casting Networks, or other casting platforms is an asset.
• A self-starter who is resourceful, professional, and comfortable working independently.
• Experience in talent representation, casting, production, or talent management is an asset.
