Talent Agency Assistant - Voice Over

This is a Full Time Job

Busy West LA Talent Agency seeks assistant for the Youth Voice Over Department (including Animation). Full time, 9:30am - 6:30 pm Mon-Fri.
Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling, assisting Agent's with projects, maintaining contracts, proper office protocol, fax, basic computer skills, Internet research, direct contact with agents, talent and buyers.

Required knowledge with PC computer, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, Internet, basic phone protocol.

First consideration will be given to applicants with knowledge in programs such as InEntertainment, Voice Bank ,Sound Forge, or any audio experience.

This is not a production job.

This is an in office/work from home hybrid position.
