Key Responsibilities
Execute marketing campaigns for music releases, shows, and special projects
Develop and schedule social media content aligned with the artist's voice and aesthetic
Brainstorm and create innovative campaign concepts
Conduct audience research, trend analysis, and competitive insights
Coordinate collaborations, influencer campaigns, and partnerships
Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights
Support PR outreach, email marketing, and fan engagement efforts
Qualifications
Passion for music, storytelling, and artist branding
Strong communication skills with a creative, strategic mindset
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Familiar with social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital trends
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Strong creative instincts with a professional approach to brand consistency
Preferred
Experience in music marketing, social media, or artist campaigns
Knowledge of music trends, audience engagement, and pop culture
Portfolio of campaigns, content, or creative work
