Seeking an experienced Story Producer for an unscripted/reality series to help craft compelling, character-driven stories in post-production.
Responsibilities:
Review, log, and track footage to identify strong story beats and character moments
Develop clear episode and season-long story arcs
Create detailed story outlines, beat sheets, and edit notes
Work closely with Executive Producers, Editors, and Post Supervisors to shape story structure and pacing
Attend edit sessions and provide clear, concise creative notes
Communicate story needs and pickups to field and post teams as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Story Producer on unscripted or reality television
Strong storytelling instincts with attention to continuity and character development
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced post-production environment
