Spring Intern - Graphic Design

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN - EMMY-AWARD WINNING PRODUCTION COMPANY

Internship Start Date/Season: April-August 2026
Internship Duration: 4 months
Time/Days Required: Minimum 2-3 days/week or minimum 16-20 hours/week
Workplace Requirements: In-office

This is a unique opportunity to showcase your graphic design skills while gaining hands-on experience executing high-end productions,festivals and special events. Enrollment in an accredited university or college is not required.

Requirements and Skills
• Strong design instincts and a creative eye for detail
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and/or Canva
• Understanding of the graphic production process from concept to final delivery
• Ability to maintain, organize, and properly label all design production files
• Experience working with Gmail and Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines
• Comfortable accepting constructive feedback and applying it effectively
• Strong communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette
• Works well in a team-oriented environment
• Takes initiative and demonstrates problem-solving skills
• Maintains composure and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
• Exceptional work ethic and positive attitude
• Must own a laptop
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the creation of digital and print materials (social media graphics, flyers, presentations, marketing collateral, etc.)
• Prepare and format files for print and digital production
• Edit and revise designs based on feedback from team members or clients
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials
• Assist with photo editing, basic video editing, or layout design as needed
• Help manage content updates for websites or social media platforms
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
