SOCIAL MEDIA TRENDS & ANALYTICS CONSULTANT (1099)

We're seeking a Social Media Trends & Analytics Consultant (Independent Contractor) to analyze performance across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram and translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive content strategy, optimization, and monetization.

This role focuses on understanding what's working, why it's working, who the audience is, and where momentum is building. You'll track emerging trends, best practices, and new optimization tools while creating concise snapshots of performance, audience behavior, and demographics to inform planning and execution. Hands-on platform knowledge-including scheduling, posting, and optimization-is strongly preferred.

Scope of Work

* Analyze performance data across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
* Create clear, easy-to-digest snapshots of performance, audience insights, and demographics
* Identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities across platforms
* Track emerging platform features, tools, and best practices
* Recommend optimization and monetization opportunities based on data and trends
* Support content planning with practical, data-informed guidance
* Assist with platform management, scheduling, posting, and optimization as needed

Ideal Background

* Strong knowledge of social media best practices, emerging trends, and new optimization tools
* Experience with analytics, reporting, and performance analysis
* Monetization and platform management experience preferred
* Ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
* Comfortable working independently in a 1099 contractor role
