Key Responsibilities include:
• Draft and review a variety of legal documents including, but not limited to, escrow agreements, CAMAs, sales agency agreements, cease and desists, NOAs, notices of default and termination, chain of title, assignments, amendments, formal responses to legal claims, NDA's and various other types of legal documents.
• Drafting, negotiating and finalizing international and domestic distribution agreements.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and abilities:
• J.D. from credible law school.
• Admission to the California Bar (must be in good standing).
• 5 years' experience in entertainment law (film preferred).
• Highly organized and able to prioritize and handle multiple legal projects.
