Runner / Jr Personal Assistant

Staffing Agency seeking a Runner / Junior Personal Assistant for a high-profile individual. This position is an in-person role working out of a home office, it is not remote. All candidates must be local to Los Angeles. Experience as Runner and Customer Service background is a must! This role is for someone looking for a long-term career as a Personal Assistant.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Running errands
• Gift buying, shopping, package pickups, exchanges, and transporting pets to / from vet
• Organizing / tracking receipts
• Interacting with business partners, family and home staff
• Special projects and other duties as needed

Skills and requirements:

• Experience as a Runner (internships are considered)
• Personable, professional, and a positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Must love dogs
• Excellent written, verbal communication and time management skills
• Discretion with confidential information
• A team player mindset
• Takes pride in their work
• Can do attitude with a no job too small or too big mentality
• Able to work weekends / holidays as needed
• Punctual, organized, and calm under pressure
• PC/MAC savvy
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff, as well as with outside high-profile executives
• Excellent references are required
• Valid driver license, car insurance and dependable car
• Extensive knowledge of the Los Angeles area
