Receptionist/Intern Coordinator

Creative production company on the Sony lot in Culver City is seeking a full-time Receptionist/Intern Coordinator. Duties include, but are not limited to, answering phones, greeting talent, managing supplies, distributing mail, ordering catering for meetings, and hiring and supervising interns. Applicants should be the usual definition of awesome - organized, detail-oriented, punctual, friendly - and possess excellent written/verbal skills and the ability to deal with a variety of personalities. Knowledge of the film/TV biz is a plus. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9AM-6:30PM.
