Project Coordinator

We are a full-service music merchandise company looking for a talented and passionate Project Coordinator to support our Account Managers in the day-to-day activities of our business. The ideal candidate will have experience in the merchandise or apparel industry, a knowledge of touring, a passion for music and culture, and will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the production and logistics of merchandise for touring artists, including order management, inventory tracking, and vendor communication
Manage the e-commerce builds and updates on Shopify, ensuring accurate product information and pricing
Work with the accounting team to ensure all necessary information is provided for billing and collections
Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure clear and timely communication and a high level of customer service
Coordinate art and design requests
Support the Account Managers in other day-to-day activities and projects as needed
Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in the merchandise or apparel industry
Knowledge of touring and the music industry
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and vendors
Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and consistency
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Asana, Accumatica, and Shopify are a plus. Additionally knowledge of other e-commerce platforms, ERP/WMS system, and time management applications is a plus.
