Personal Assistant

This is a Freelance Job

HI! I am a busy entertainment professional seeking a personal assistant in the LA-area to work at my home in Burbank. Some work can/will be remote, but you must be available to work in person likely a majority of the time. Hours will vary, but expect 10-20 hours to start. Employer is female. This is a position to help me in both my personal and professional life.

Looking for a lover of organization. That includes inbox management, filing paperwork, etc., as well as home organization. I can be quite organized, but I also have ADHD, which means things fall through the cracks and pile up (both literally and figuratively). I need help keeping my home in order (you will help hold me accountable to go through my 'doom boxes,' i.e., items that have piled up for one reason or another).

Position covers
* Monthly accounting (logging expenses, tracking invoices and ensuring they're paid, ensuring quarterly taxes are paid, etc.)
* Getting my car washed from time to time (must have a valid driver's license)
* Scheduling appointments
* Managing the assistant email (you will be copied on my bookings)

Also helpful: setting up and managing CRM to help me pursue more opportunities; seeking connections and opportunities for me; pulling clips of work that I have contributed to; potentially plant-sitting while I'm out of town.

This is a first-time hire for me, so I need someone who is game to have a fluid position as I develop a fuller understanding of what my needs are.

Who I am: I work largely in voice-over as both an actor and director. I'm quite active, like to travel, and love being outdoors.

Ecologically minded is a plus--someone who prioritizes the environment, so not generating a lot of waste, etc.
