This is an in office position.

Looking for a high level administrative assistant to work in a home based business for a social media influencer. Must be trustworthy, extremely organized, good communicator, clean and tidy appearance, no criminal history, healthy, open minded and forward thinking. The position requires wearing a lot of hats.

Maintain household business responsibilities including:

Scheduling and liaising with contractors
General household maintenance
Shipping and receiving
Pet care (2 small dogs)
Health and wellness management
Organization and cleaning
Errands
Shopping
Basic business management
Basic set production management
Maintaining the calendar
Basic MS XL or Google Sheets Experience

Other responsibilities:

Issuing payments
Driving a company automobile
Walking dogs
Working in a home
Privacy
NDA required
Minor accounting
Booking travel
Booking talent
Access to some accounts
