We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a Los Angeles-based music artist. This role involves managing day-to-day logistics, travel, scheduling, and communication both in Los Angeles and while on tour across the U.S. and internationally.
The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-profile creative environment. You'll work closely with the artist and management team to keep operations running smoothly and anticipate needs before they arise.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the artist's daily schedule, meetings, and travel itineraries
Handle calendar management, reservations, and logistics for domestic and international touring
Assist with personal errands, wardrobe pulls, event prep, and travel packing
Communicate between management, creative teams, and vendors
Support on-set or on-tour as needed (must be comfortable traveling frequently)
Manage expenses, receipts, and administrative organization
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Capture iPhone content - filming live shows, behind-the-scenes moments, and assisting with ongoing content and social media efforts
Ideal Candidate
Organized, adaptable, and proactive with excellent communication skills
Skilled in social media management, content creation, or video editing - a plus if you can assist with short-form content or social media strategy
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-starter who thrives in creative, fast-paced environments
Positive attitude and solutions-oriented mindset
Work Schedule
Based in Los Angeles for most of the year with flexible hybrid hours
During tour periods, the position transitions to full-time, travel-intensive work, typically several weeks or months at a time depending on the tour schedule
Qualifications
2+ years experience in executive or personal assistant roles (entertainment/music preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Tech-savvy (Google Suite, iPhone/Mac, Notion, Slack familiarity is a plus)
Valid driver's license and passport required
Willingness to travel extensively (U.S. + international)
Location
Primarily based in Los Angeles, CA - hybrid between in-person and remote work, with travel as needed.
